Pizza Deliver Fees

Why do pizza companies charge delivery fees?  As if the cost of the pizza isn't enough!  I mean really.  And I asked "does that fee go to the driver?" The answer, "no."  Wow.  So it's just a $3 fee for nothing, nada, zilch.  Thanks, but no thanks. As my brilliant grandmother would say, "I didn't take them to raise!" 

Well Papa John's, my pizza betta be good is all I'ma say. Looks scrumptious, no?
